Hey friends, for today’s study, I just want to express God’s heart to someone and pray with us.
To whom it may concern:
God wants you to trust Him. Trust that He’s able, capable and willing to do what He said.
Although you cannot feel His hands presently, He wants you to trust His heart.
For indeed you’ll see no wind; You’ll see no rain; Yet the valleys will be filled with water.
But how do we keep trusting God in so much pain?
- The answer is in Acts 20:32A: and now I commend you to God [placing you in His protective, loving care] and to the word of His grace [the counsel and promises of His unmerited favor].
- Secondly, until, you are filled, don’t stop asking, Job14:14 said: If a man die, shall he live again? all the days of my appointed time will I wait, till my change come. Until the change comes, keep expecting. Until your joy is full, keep asking.
- Lastly the aim of the enemy is to use pain to block your view of Jesus. He is aware that if you can see Jesus in your pain, the sight of Jesus will take away the pain. The Psalmist in psalms 16:8 said have set the LORD continually before me; Because He is at my right hand, I will not be shaken” The Lord is your greatest asset in pain, set him before you, don’t allow tears blur your vision of him.
Let’s pray
Abba, we thank you for your love that keeps reaching out to us in our darkest moment. Thank you for the light of your promises and the strength of your love towards us. Lord today we remember that you’re the all powerful God and with you nothing is impossible. Thank you because you’re the architect of our lives and nothing is hidden from you.
Lord we ask for everyone going through unimaginable pain and darkness. Lord we ask for light, let your light shine, Jesus your word says you’ll never leave us nor forsake us. We ask that you’ll help us to know that you’re with us and for us and that you can do all things. Strengthen our faith in you at this time, to the end that we’ll receive our testimony and by this bring others out of the same that we have suffered. In Jesus mighty name. Amen
